About us - All products at jac-in-a-box are hand made and are either “one-offs” or in a limited range. However, repeats can usually be made, so if anything that has been sold appeals to you, or you fancy something but in a different colourway, please e-mail me.
How to shop - Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our online catalogue and if you see any items that you wish to buy, simply click on the “add to basket” button. When you have finished your selection, click on the “view basket” button and you will be taken to a page where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
PayPal - All payments are made through PayPal’s secure payment system.
Shipping and Handling - Once confirmation of payment is received, your order will be sent to you. Orders under £10.00 GBP will be sent by first class mail. (No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. If you would prefer to pay extra for recorded delivery please e-mail me.) Orders of £10.00 GBP and above will be sent by first class recorded delivery. UK postal charges are:

Returns - If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet with your expectations, please return it to me in unused condition within seven days, and I will refund your payment less the postage and packing fee. Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, unless faulty.
Product Description - I have endeavoured to describe things as accurately as possible, but please bear in mind that colours may appear differently on your monitor. Also please note that unless specifically mentioned otherwise, “gold” and “silver” refer to the metal colour. The findings and fastenings I use are very low in nickel content to comply with EU legislation. Beaded items are not suitable for young children.
